We provide a structured, safe, and supportive environment for men in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. Our goal is to help each resident build a stable foundation for long-term sobriety by combining community, accountability, and independence.
Services
Safe & Supportive Housing
Residents live in a fully furnished home that offers both shared and semi-private rooms. The environment is clean, calm, and designed to support recovery through routine and comfort. Serenity Steps maintains a strictly drug- and alcohol-free space at all times, providing a safe and stable foundation for healing.
Weekly Drug & Alcohol Testing
To maintain a safe and sober environment, residents are required to participate in both scheduled and random urine tests, which screen for drugs and alcohol. This level of monitoring promotes accountability and helps ensure that the home remains a supportive, substance-free space for everyone.
Community Support
At Serenity Steps, community is at the heart of everything we do. Residents support one another through peer-based accountability and daily encouragement. We foster a culture rooted in respect, honesty, and shared growth — where every person is both supported and held to a higher standard. Optional group activities, shared meals, and outings help build trust, connection, and a sense of belonging that lasts beyond sobriety.
Recovery Structure & Support
Residents at Serenity Steps are required to actively participate in their recovery through regular engagement and connection. This includes attending three to five 12-step or alternative recovery meetings each week, which provide consistency and outside support. In addition, weekly house meetings are held to strengthen communication, address any concerns, and reinforce community values. One-on-one check-ins with staff or peer leaders offer personalized guidance, helping residents stay accountable and on track with their recovery goals.
